Tiffany McClain has served with Mimi’s Bistro and Bakery since the summer of 2017, tasked with building a new vision for storied 40-year brand. As head of Marketing for the concept, McClain is leading her teams through a strategic refresh, including menu and pipeline development with a strong focus on off-premise programs, and a full redevelopment of their tech stack, from POS to Marketing Technology integrations. With over 15 years of experience in the food industry, McClain is an accomplished marketer and digital strategist with a proven track record during her tenure at concepts including Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, Texas de Brazil and Boston’s Pizza. Prior to Mimi’s Bistro and Bakery, McClain served as the Director of Brand Activation and Partnerships for TGI Fridays.
