ProfileAdam Hodak is the beverage director for Bonanno Concepts, chef Frank Bonanno's Denver-based restaurant group, where he oversees all creative innovation behind the bar. With an extensive command of spirit history and the ambition to constantly set the bar for exceptional cocktail creation and service, Hodak is the visionary behind the bar programs at 9 unique Bonanno Concept establishments as well as the 16 concepts market Denver Milk Market. He is also the managing partner at Green Russell, Bonanno's chef-driven, prohibition era cocktail lounge that opened in 2008 beneath Denver's historic Larimer Square. His passion for craft cocktails emerged after three years working high volume at McMurray's Irish Pub in Springfield, OH, where he attended Wittenberg University. He later moved to Denver where he found a bar home at Osteria Marco, and was quickly identified as a leader and recognized for his talent in creating memorable flavor profiles. Since being promoted to beverage director, Adam enjoys continuing his education through immersive "spirited" travels and collaborating with Bonanno on new projects.
